Is it me, or is every single person looking to wholesale property?? LOL. Where are all the end buyers? Is this why the market is at a stand-still? I think people need to take more risk and actually buy, hold for a few years til the market turns, flip and make a real profit. I want to know if people are actually doing deals wholesaling, and actually making big money...?

Wholesaling is just real estate brokering by a different name and without a license. The market is very slow. So, lots fewer deals to go around. Of course its harder to make a buck wholesaling or brokering right now.

As far as I can tell its EXTREMELY tough to make "big bucks" wholesaling (or brokering) in the best of times. Lots of folks try, usually at the urging of some guru who convinces them if they just plunk down $1000 for a course or $10,000 for mentoring they will get rich with no work. I see only a few who appear to be having some success. Same seems to be true among real estate agents. A few do a lot of deals and drive BMWs. Most appear to do just a few deals.
