Closing without access to mobile notary?

Donald White

I am wondering how people close deals virtually? And in that case, is a notary absolutely required? I work on a boat with no access to the public or anything. All I have is my internet and a printer.

I have not heard of virtual notary @Brian Mcmenamin  I have go to closings and do most things DocuSign but deeds have to have wet signatures and notaries.. not sure how you do that.

most folks in foreign countries have to do to US embassy to have them done.
