How do you close a deal
Hey everyone!
My name is Alex and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I have an LLC and a long list of REBO leads from my local Title company and I’m working on designing mailers to send out in a week or two.
In addition to sendIng out mailers I want to do some cold calling for some of the more promising leads. However, I’m feeling intimidated on making the call and would like some advice on what the best approach should be. I know a lot of these people are going through a difficult time so I want to make sure I am asking the right questions.
I know there are a lot of people here who are closing multiple wholesale deals a week. What are you doing/saying to gain the trust of your potential clients?
