I am currently starting an instant offers program in Idaho and am curious if anyone has any experience or warnings for me. It is very similar to Zillow’s program where I will assign an agent to preview the home then take them an offer and a CMA. I have quite an investor pool ready to make offers! All advice welcome!!

Not sure of regulations in your state....in my state you need to actually have the funds available to purchase the property. If you dont, $25k fine. Weve had a number of agents get fined for this who didnt have the funds to purchase the property.
