When purchasing a property from a wholesaler who says offers encouraged, what percentage of their posted price should I offer?

Hey @Brandon Metzler. I don't think your offer price should be based at all on any wholesaler's asking price.

Instead, you should run your profitability calculations (using your ARV, repair estimates, etc., not theirs) and see what price you'd need to pay in order to meet your particular deal criteria.

That's your offer price.
