Any Advice on Doing Wholesaling Out Of State

Emmanuel Fortune
Posted

Question: I’m here in Houston till the new year, but live in Los Angeles. I want to start deals out here in Houston while I’m in LA, but am confused on what to do when it comes to making appointments to meet the seller if I’m out of state. Any advice anyone?

I live in Colorado and we did about 40 deals this year in Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA. I have a lead manager that takes all the calls, an acquisitions manager that runs all seller appts and locks up the deals (1 acq mgr per market) and I handle dispositions (selling the contracts).

@Carl Hall I’d be happy to work with you on your Marietta leads. We do a lot in Cobb county. You pay for marketing, we run the leads generated, and split profits on the back end. LMK.
