So I have been studying wholesaling and I'm on the contracts part. My question is when doing an assignment contract has anyone ever had a buyer get mad and not close on the deal because they see how much you are making?

@Nicholas Groover If you feel the amount you are making will cause your buyer to back out then comsider doing a double close.
