Best skip tracing software to get phone numbers?

Hello friends!

I’m looking for a software or useful tool these days to help track home owners phone numbers. We drive for dollars and find the person who owns the home however trying to find a phone number for them has been the biggest obstacle so far. Any recommendations?

I take it that no responses on this post means that skip tracing is harder than people think! lol. We struggled to find something affordable for a while. We ended up just getting memberships to multiple sites and do the skip tracing for our partners under 1 account. How big is your list? You could always just search google for owner name + address and see what comes up. If you don't feel like getting into a lawsuit you should scrub against the DNC and known litigator list. you might not technically be "telemarketing" but lawsuits have been going wild lately. Not legal advice, just my opinion. :)

@Marissa Rodriguez hello! I use True People Search. It is not very efficient if you want to process a bulk list of numbers at a time. However I have used it to individually call people and add them to my cash buyers list. Good luck!

Here's my take in ranked order with a focus on quality.

1. Skip Vault. .20 per match. Worth it if you dont have thousands of records.  High 80's in matching.

2. PropStream .12 per match. High 60's in matching.

3.DataFinder there is plan that gets it down to about 2.5 but it's for over 10K records a month.

I'd recommend Sherpa for it's skip tracing. It produces credit bureau level data which results in high accuracy for numbers, addresses etc. The data comes back in real time and it can skip trace LLCs, corporations and trusts. It will also scrub any litigators from your list automatically.
