RANT - Lock up when your leave!

Got a call from someone that had just looked at a property I am wholesaling. Tagged! Not by some fool with a spray can, but by the City (requesting that it be secured in x days or else). I have it on a lockbox but "investors" feel the need to bust in through the garage or the back door. Yes, so called investors because there were zero problems during the two or so weeks the negotiations took with the seller, yet as soon as I started marketing it...BAMB.

Least you could do is lock the freaking place up on your way out!!!!

Rant over.

Weren't you the one who stated "I have it on a lockbox but "investors" feel the need to bust in through the garage or the back door."?

Then you go onto state "It's obviously (it's) not the people that were given the code to access the property. It was trespassers."

Now they're trespassers despite you wanting them to "lock up" when they leave? My point is that if your "trespassing investors" can't properly enter and exit your property then have someone meet them there. If they really are 'trespassers' then you did the right thing in adding more security (making your rant somewhat pointless - then again rants usually are).
