For someone new to wholesaling, would you recommend using Realeflow or Investor Carrot for website integration, lead management, and CRM? I signed up for an account with investor Carrot, but not sure if I should have given Realeflow a deeper dive. Need some advice....

I don't know anything about real flow.

I do know that 8 out of 10 cases there is an investor carrot site ranking in the top 3 positions on GOogle.

If you are serious about it, and realize it is not  (just) a magic website... you NEED to work on credibility and SEO... I can tell you investor carrot sites WILL make it very possible for you to get such results.
