How does the typical wholesaling process change when dealing with a home that is in pre foreclosure? Is it worth dealing with foreclosures at all?

For someone new to wholesaling, would you recommend using Realeflow or Investor Carrot for website integration, lead management, and CRM? I signed up for an account with investor Carrot, but not sure if I should have given Realeflow a deeper dive. Need some advice....
