On Market Properties

I don’t know the answer to this question, but I don’t think it would be worth it.

If they are on the MLS working with a realtor, then they probably don't need the services a whole saler provides. They have time to wait for full asking/market priced offers. Even if you get it under contract you most likely won't be able to make a solid spread off of it.

@Omar Bunch wholesaling properties listed by a realtor is a big no no! Wholesalers make money by finding distressed, off market and discounted deals. If you are just finding something thats on market and retail priced then you have added no value and havent earned a wholesale fee. There are a lot of newbies that dont have the money to be a wholesaler so they try and wholesale properties already listed with a realtor and are unsuccessful. Create a marketing budget, determine if this is something you can afford to do and then go for it.
