@Lanique Carroll Legit attorneys will be very reluctant to show any involvement in wholesaling unless you're following your states licensing laws to a "T"...brokering deals without a license can cause real issues. 

If you're looking for a title attorney, you just need to find a title company willing to double close if you are not taking title...

Maybe a little more information about what you are trying to accomplish would help inform a better response...
