I Need help wholesaling pros

Mike Ross
Posted

Hello BP I have this deal I'm trying to get under contract through a realtor but he says that he needs a letter from my bank verifying that I have the fund to buy the property. But I'm not trying to buy the property I'm trying to wholesale it. He also says that my EMD needs to be up front. Is that how that is supposed to work? Looking for some advise on how to proceed.

Just try to avoid wholesaling listed properties. I know you are very eager for your first deal, but trust me when I say, there could be a lot of drama and issues involved. I applaud you for being upfront and being direct and honest though. That IS the right way of wholesaling.

Also the only reason I think the agent is playing along with you is BECAUSE he doesnt understand wholesaling.
