I kno my place can’t nobody tell me differently. And you didn’t answer the question that was asked you just tried to tell me I was ring in my approach again your way isn’t the only way and I’m always doing my thing. I appreciate you thinking your trying to help but how about answering the question that was asked. Not telling it’s not going to work cause it’s the mls you haven’t even bothered to try mls have you?

P.s the guy I’m talking about has wholesaling for 15 years using this method, if everybody thinks the same about the mls then there is no competition and nobody would be using it.

Have you tried looking on the mls before? If not you shouldn’t say it’s a bad idea just cause of word of mouth.

That was already the plan. What did you think of the video did you watch It? Or are going to continue listing to people with out trying it for your self there is a risk free factor if the deal isn’t rite in the end my emd comes straight back and I find another way. Just because it doesn’t work for some doesn’t mean it won’t work for other. There is more then one way to skin a cat. There is nothing wrong with trying when the risk is factor low.

@Jerryll Noorden and the problem with your numbers are you don’t even know the sqft of the property so the numbers your saying don’t work with out the sqft of the property.

I already know the numbers what your tell I’ve already added expenses in my calculations it’s in a nice neighborhood the house is old but they’re other house in neighborhoods that are around the same age and started out ratty on the mls but then get rehabbed and sold. Check your city mls then set filters to prices low to high and tell me you can’t find a deal on the mls I dare you to do that.

Just check out the one of his videos, all details and how to about it. Now i only know as much about him as I do about you. I know your trying to help and I appreciate that. I’ve heard that you shouldn’t wholesale through the mls from too many people that don’t give a good enough reason why I shouldn’t but he is the guy that shows you how to do it step by step as he wholesales a property. Like I said check out one of his video on YouTube i don’t just take anybody at their word. I go through trial and error! Best way to learn. If He shows me how to make a profit through the mls you gotta know imma try it out.
