Wholesaling in Kentucky

A friend and I are trying to start wholesaling in Kentucky. Is it legal to do without license? If so what attorneys are good for wholesaling? I've talked to a few and they were not willing to get involved. Maybe it was the way I asked.

No license needed. Harry Borders is the investor friendly title attorney. I recommend googling and youtubing to learn the basics. Max Maxwell would be a good start. I'm happy to help with comps. Recommend you get involved with KREIA.
