Tax delinquent wholesale

Guys, I went and got my list of tax delinquent properties but I don’t understand how the process goes when buying getting it under contract with the seller. I know I tell the seller that I will handle paying back the taxes, but does that mean I up the price to the person buying the property from me ? How does it work when wholesaling with tax delinquent properties ?

@Jahneeva Arnold The seller is not paying your fee the Cash buyer is. If a seller pays you based on the sale of a home you are now acting as a realtor and without a license are breaking the law. I think you need to do some more research before you start using this strategy.
