Does anyone have a generic Authorization letter to use to the Title company can check the title of a house that I am wholesaling? My title company told me to use my own to do the double escrow.

Thanks

Generally speaking, the title company doesn't need to speak with a lender to pull title. Like I said above, they may need it to get a payoff amount from a lender, and that may be what they're asking for. But you should clarify with the title company to make sure you know what they need and why.
