Thanks Katie. I was leaning toward "How to Invest in Real Estate". I am super new to real estate but have wanted to get into it for almost 10 years but my career took priority. I really appreciate the time you took to respond. (Love Sioux Falls, BTW)

I have not read any of the bigger pockets books yet. What books would you or did you start with.
Definitely thinking about investing in Fundrise. Has anyone had any negative experience with them?
Thanks Sharon. I would love to continue working in my market but its so strong here that anything can be sold retail. Very few properties with enough margin to wholesale. Looking for a way to get some properties moving.
