Looking to start wholesaling in Myrtle Beach SC. Has anyone worked a deal lately? Don't know ANYONE here with $$ or selling a house. Would really like to chat with someone who's done it before and was successful. I really need to make $$ ASAP. Thanks

Wholesaling is a business. It takes knowledge, experience, money, time and lots of effort to be successful. Your comment above indicates that you believe wholesaling is a "get rich quick" opportunity, but it's not.

I can't tell you the number of people that come through BP (and my life personally) who seem to think wholesaling is the key to quick cash -- and then give up because "it's hard."

As I've said in other threads, if you want to be a successful wholesaler, start by rehabbing and reselling a few houses...that's a good introduction to what it takes to be a good wholesaler, and if you can successful rehab/flip a few houses, you *might* make a successful wholesaler.

On the other hand, if you "need to make $$ ASAP," you're probably better off getting a job...
