Hello, has anyone done any deals in Myrtle Beach SC? If so have you had any success? I'm looking to start wholesaling but not sure what the market is like here.

Thanks

Thanks Jon, Yes I am willing to do the hard work but, I like to have hands on training too. When u say Direct Mail, where do i get the addresses? How should I approach the RE offices? I don't think I'm ready to deal with the banks yet. I prefer to deal with FSBO for now.

Thanks for the help. But for those who think that all I want is a get rich quick deal and should get a job well, your'e wrong. I have lived in SC for 7 months and have not found work (yet) and not for lack of trying. Since I am not working (for now), I feel that this is the best opportunity to really get into this. I AM willing to do lots of research about wholesaling, in fact why do you think I'm here? I am 40 years old and I know there's scams out there. As far as for flipping homes, I know about it but, I wasn't born into a rich family, have friends that can loan me money, or have great credit, that's not where I should start at. I want to be smart about this and start out SLOW. As for joining a Real Estate investors club, I am willing to do that but, it requires $100 per year, which isn't bad and I'm sure worth it. I truely appeciate all the POSITIVE energy/advice (James) and can't wait to get more feedback, THANKS.

Looking to start wholesaling in Myrtle Beach SC. Has anyone worked a deal lately? Don't know ANYONE here with $$ or selling a house. Would really like to chat with someone who's done it before and was successful. I really need to make $$ ASAP. Thanks
