Tax Delinquent list - remove companies?
Hi everyone! Very new to wholesaling and I just obtained a tax delinquent list. It has many company owned properties in the list, and the skiptracing sites that I've looked at aren't able to skiptrace these addresses owned by companies. If I were to go through the entire list, it would take double digit hours to manually go through it all and remove the addresses owned by companies. Will I be charged for these properties if I submit the list including the company owned properties, or will they just be passed over? Thanks in advance!
