Mojo dialer vs Rei rail

I'm looking into getting REI Rail or mojo dialer. Which is better for RVM , marketing, lead FU. I'm also hoping to integrate this with podio later

..... any advice

@Kendra Santos Please dont buy Max Maxwells anything! He is all hype and no substance! He is selling you on this idea that you need all this software to be a wholesaler and that is not the case. Wholesaling is about finding motivated sellers (people who have to sell not people who want to sell) and putting properties under contract so that you can resell that contract to an investor at a higher price.

You need a good CRM to manage your leads and have a solid follow up system in place. Dont get distracted by shiny objects. Spend money when you are making money and let your wholesale business pay for itself.
