Wholesaling Real Estate

Hello,

I'm started to dig into wholesaling properties and I have some questions.  Any help/advice would be much appreciated!  Today, I got the Tax Delinquent List (hard copy 700 pages) and Absentee Property list (Excel) for my county.  I have the Parcel Number, Owner Name, Site Address, and now far they are on their taxes.  What do I do next? Thanks in advance!

Remember that finding property is step two. Step one is to build your buyers list. I joined multiple real estate clubs and gathered the names and numbers of about 40 investors. I found out exactly what each of them were looking for and then and only then did I start looking for deals that fit their goals. Be sure to do this first.
