At this point I’m burning myself out
Anyone ever done so much research and when it came time to act, you get the bubble gut. I’m not second guessing myself, but I need a formula from start to close when it Comes to getting my first house under contract. I’m a Newbie who doesn’t have a mentor, and it just seems like there isn’t much wholesale going on in southern Vermont SMH! HELP....
