Wondering if anyone has experienced success with finding leads on Craigslist? If so, what category is best to search?

You need to develop a lead source that isn't inundated with everyone else doing the same thing. Craigslist is easy to find and used to work, but now anyone can do it so why do something that everyone else is doing. Build a niche list, focus on one zip code and find every distressed property, think outside-the-box not in the same box as everyone else looking for an easy way to find deals. I've never even looked on Craigslist and never will, there is way too much garbage to sort through. It's not a good use of time IMO.
