Low Budget CRM-Phone Service-Lead management software/app
I manage 8 units of my own and looking to grow my portfolio and start generating some off market deals. I was curious what software or apps people are using for this. I wanted something that has texting and call forwarding options (currently using google voice and need something more professional) and is also integrated with property management software like and/or has a built in CRM or lead management system. Planning to send out mailers and other marketing materials, and want to have a good automated system in place to take all the phone call and leads. Also want our property management side to be more efficient and professional.
