NOD/ Pre forclosure in Southern CA list
Hi all, I'm looking for the best source data provider with NODs/ Pre Forclosure list in the Los Angeles area. My nitche is development properties but just got my first subto deal and i think there's going to be lot more opportunities with NODs/ pre forclosure. Not sure if anyone can help with the most recent and accurate list. Currently using Propstream but i know they're delayed few weeks.
Anyone who uses this in the Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino counties would be very appreciated
