I doubt it, earnest money is usually driven my local custom and the market. Wher did all our ten dollar consideration guys go anyway?
What is customary in your area, sometimes a note will do it, sometime a hundred bucks, often a grand and in somplaces they may want a % of the sale price offered. Juswt depends on what is customary. :)
