Wholesaling with FULL TIME job

Wondering if any other wholesalers here in DFW or in other states are able to wholesale with a full time job. It seems like it would be difficult to meet with the sellers of a house during the work week, unless they are willing to meet in the evening or during the weekend.

What has your experience been, if anyone has done wholesaling while working full time I would appreciate any tips to make this possible.

Thanks.

Don't waste your money on this. I only had a very small increase in deals when I did this. Spend that $200 a month on more mailers instead. It's better to just just it go to vm and just call them back. If they didn't leave a message the chances of them being motivated is slim.
