Wholesaling real estate

I recently heard that having a re agent license makes it illegal or impossible for some reason to do wholesaling can someone pls explain this to me

Hey Dovi,

The way that having a real estate license and being and investor makes things difficult is because investors work in the grey area when it comes to real estate. We can be creative as long as it's legal. Real estate agents operate in the black and white areas. 

It has been done. I know of many agents that invest and it is perfectly legal. You would just want to work with a wholesale friendly real estate agency so they could show you how it is done.
