Hey everyone!

As I’ve noticed creating your first wholesaling business can be a little bit confusing...

To honest I am still very much confused.

If anyone has any advice or tips for an 18 year old with low capital trying to get into wholesaling I would love to hear any advice at all especially, stories, hardships you may have encountered, or things that went completely wrong!

Feel free to message me I love talking to everyone from the forums and meeting new people :)

Have a great rest of your day everyone! I hope everyone’s been killing it this week 🔥

Be bold my son, we have 16 year olds locking up stuff over the phone and some guy doing this without ever seeing the property or meeting the buyer and seller (unfortunately one buyer got screwed over, but mere technicality).

Why don't you just learn real real estate?  You can make a good living and show your face in public.
