I live in the Pasadena area of Houston, can any wholesalers/ investors help me out? Getting involved with deals , not looking to take a percentage from your deals but just too see what its like closing a deal or getting a house under contact. I want to take in as much information as I can. My cousin helped me out on farming neighbors.and finding conforming neighborhoods but the thing is hes in SA TX. I need investors that are willing to work with me.
