How do I Skip Trace people? (Wholesaling)
Hello I am Manny, I am just starting wholesaling and I am finding properties that look like potential deals, but I am having a hard time getting information on the owners. I come across there name easily through county records, but the next step is to find there phone number. I think sending out letters and postcards are a bit out dated, and would be better if I was able to find there phone number. So my question is there a specific website that I could use to skip trace to find peoples phone numbers? I have been looking all over the internet and I get some results, but not as consistently as I hope.
