Hello I am Manny, I am just starting wholesaling and I am finding properties that look like potential deals, but I am having a hard time getting information on the owners. I come across there name easily through county records, but the next step is to find there phone number. I think sending out letters and postcards are a bit out dated, and would be better if I was able to find there phone number. So my question is there a specific website that I could use to skip trace to find peoples phone numbers? I have been looking all over the internet and I get some results, but not as consistently as I hope.

My real estate goal is to achieve financial freedom. I want to start off with single family home rentals and continue to scale up with more and more higher cash flow properties. I’m at age where I’m questioning college if it is the right path for me, but I know what I want to do.
