Wholesaling in Massachusetts
Hi all,
I have been debating on trying to wholesale in Massachusetts but I read it was illegal in this state. Does anyone know if this is true? And if it is what law it is? I also read if I get my real estate license it is legal to wholesale. Looking for some guidance on this subject.

@Ryan Moffett As @Howard Herrington said it's definitely not illegal to wholesale in mass. And you don't need to be licensed either. However, you need to have a solid contract to use and working with an attorney that understands wholesales is crucial.
