What is the best way to find who owns a property that is not currently listed? There is a multi family that is run down and would be a perfect brrrr but I can not find who owns the property.

Thanks!

@Howard Herrington thanks for the reply, do you know if you have to be a licensed realtor to do wholesales?

Hi all,

I have been debating on trying to wholesale in Massachusetts but I read it was illegal in this state. Does anyone know if this is true? And if it is what law it is? I also read if I get my real estate license it is legal to wholesale. Looking for some guidance on this subject.

Thank you

Ryan

Hi everyone I need some advice

I have recently bought a condo with tenant in place and an agreed upon rent price. After speaking with her I learned that she is on disability and 90% of her income goes to rent. The rent on this unit is below market rate and if i lower the rent anymore for her I will be in the red. My question is should I apply to be a section 8 landlord and have her apply for section 8? From the research I have done it looks like I could get market rate for the condo and my tenant could pay less.

All guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Ryan
