Wholesalers in Houston?

Hi,

I am currently working on trying to find my first fix and flip deal in West Houston/suburbs. I am working closely with my realtor but am also considering trying to find a wholesaler. Any recommendations on how to go about it?

Also, any recommendations/testimonials on how to find deals specifically in Houston.
