I’m beginning to have doubts about myself. I wonder if this business is something that I can do. What were some of the obstacles you overcame when wholesaling? I’m paralyzed and I’m overthinking everything.

If you like the buying and selling piece, why not just get your Agents license?

Address your risk tolerance. Some people are better suited for certain investments such as stocks/crypto, but I personally like to hold tangible assets like RE, gold, and silver. I’m not trying to discourage you at all, but I do suggest you dig deeper to find the root cause of your analysis paralysis. Maybe, a different RE avenue would suit you better (Buy/Hold, etc...).

Sounds like maybe you had a bad experience. Would you be willing to tell it? It might benefit others and this great community undoubtedly can help you.

I can't relate to wholesaling but I am an agent(very similar). Deals will fall apart in investing and helping investors. Keep chugging along, you never know the opportunities ahead in this. Figure out 3-4 lead sources and hammer away. Some months you can be killing others you'll be struggling. It's a numbers game if you have 5 under contract who cares if one cancels. I would watch Ricky Carruth, he is an agent but his methods and ways can be applied for wholesaling. Another thing that helps me is having Faith in God along with taking a day off from RE. Hope this helps.

I know I need a solid marketing plan. I invested all of my savings into a mentorship at my local REIA and let's just say I'm not impressed.
