Wholesalers in Bradenton, FL ?

Question

Hello everyone, my name is Carmelo I currently reside in Bradenton. I really want to start my real estate career but, I don’t know where to start.

I’ve been procrastinating for a very long time and I’m a little intimidated watching many videos and reading through purchase and sell agreements and assignment contracts.

Anyone in the area successful with wholesaling? Who started with little to no experience?

hey everyone, just moved to Sarasota, I go to SCF in Bradenton, hoping to househack in bradenton in the next few years, looking to connect with other investors, from what i've been gathering, west bradenton and west of 41 seem to be good areas.. still new to the RE game, was attempting to wholesale virtually from NY, but gave up on it... anyways, just dropping my name, good luck to all!

Hey Carmelo.  Congrats on taking the step.  I am an investor/flipper in Bradenton.  Join various FB groups in the TPA/SRQ area and let them know you are new to wholesaling.  I see similar posts all the time and you can join in with others to help you learn.  Try FL Investor Deals, Tampa Bay Real Estate Investors and Tampa Bay Real Estate Investor Group on FB.  Good luck getting started.  And once you get up and running and have some good flip deals....don't forget to shoot them my way :).
