@Mike Baxter Thanks for reaching out Mike, I have a company I found online who are looking for bird dogs in my area (Bradenton, FL). I’m going to definitely try and get something in writing

I have a handful of properties that I’ve been scoping out in my area that are perfect homes for flips, (boarded windows, paper on door, unkept grass, no realtor sign on lawn etc) I wanted to get into wholesaling but didn’t know where to start or how to get started.

I figure I just give the leads to a company who’s already in the game, and get paid a finders fee for being a bird dog.

How do I know I can trust a company will pay me after they close a deal that I lead them to?

I’ve been procrastinating for a very long time and I’m a little intimidated watching many videos and reading through purchase and sell agreements and assignment contracts.

Anyone in the area successful with wholesaling? Who started with little to no experience?

Hello everyone, 

My name is Carmelo and I'm from the East Hartford Glastonbury area. My passion is real estate, I believe I have great potential in becoming a successful investor, only problem is I don't know where to start. 

I'm looking for someone to guide me and steer me down the right path. All it takes is that one person to believe in me and I can promise not to let you down. I don't have tons of money and I'm currently working on building my credit. I want to gain enough knowledge to be able to become a successful real estate investor.
