I Need Access to Absentee Owner's Condo

BP,

I have an owner that want to sell a condo in Scottsdale, AZ and the property does not have a lock box. I need to gain entry but being a black man trying to break into in a condo in Scottsdale is not a good look at all. Do anyone have any suggestions on how to gain entry to the property.

In my conversation with the owner he stated the property has not been updated so I need to gain entry to do a property evaluation. He is very motivated, the condo is on the second flr and wife had knee surgery and will (can not) climb any stairs. The owners lives out of state. Any suggestions????

Regardless of race breaking in isn't a great idea. Can he just mail you a key and a note saying you have permission to enter?
