SFH under contract ready to sell
In a couple of days, I'm going to have a SFH on the southwest side of Chicago under contract for a discounted price. I fully intend to flip the property to an investor/end buyer. What are some of the best ways to find cash buyers in an area like the southwest side of Chicago? I have a hundred bandit signs I've purchased, and I have an evoice number I'm renting.
