Investor Friendly Real Estate Agents

I have been doing some reading on Wholesaling. One of the keys is being able to find motivated sellers. I've read that when Wholesaling to other investors, it is better to find unlisted properties. How can investor friendly real estate agents help with this? Why does a wholesaler want an investor friendly real estate agent on his team?

Off market is ONE way to go, while on market is another way to go. An agent on your team with an ear to the ground looking for MLS deals is never a bad thing. A good agent is also a great resource for running comps etc. But you cant abuse your agent for free forever, in a good relationship you have to add value to that person.
