Issues with NREIG - anyone?
I've been with NREIG for about 5 years now. Over the past 12 months, I've noticed a considerable decline in service - most notably billing errors and other confusion with respect to my account. They even accidentally canceled one of my policies, then sent a reinstatement letter. I dont know if they had a change of leadership or something, but things have been a bit off. Has anyone else noticed these problems with NREIG?
(On a positive note, i see they have a revamped owner's portal. Hoping this is much more clean, informative and straightforward.

Yes we have had the same issues. Service has declined tremendously, to the point that now I have to spend my time replacing them, instead of looking for next deal!!!
