Seeking Property insurance provider

Hi,

I have a SFR rental that needs to be insured. Any recommendations as to reasonable insurance company. Currently using AAA of Ohio which is costing almost as much as my home in California. The property is in good condition and is located in Sandusky. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
