Builder's Risk Policy

I am currently in contract with a SFH and the lender requires a builder's risk type policy. Can someone please give me the quick and dirty on these ( I have never acquired this type of policy before). Or guide me to some resources here on BP. Thanks in advance.

We buy them for our rehab properties. Call a few commercial lines carriers.
