Hi there, I have a question, perhaps some investors can help me with this.

One of my rentals got on fire, it is not a total loss, but the roof is seriously damaged. My insurance sent their adjuster this week, and I am still waiting to her from them. Now, I did my research and I read man times online, that I should hire a Public Adjuster(PA). I never file a claim before, and the first one looks like it is gonna to be big. Any advice on how to deal with that? Anybody there can recommended me a good  PA in Indianapolis, which is where my rental is located  , or at least in Indiana?

Please if you guys can share your experience, and if it is worth it to hire a PA, I would appreciate a lot.

Thank God nobody got injured, which is a good thing.

Thank you so much
