Odd issue With Liberty Mutual

So yesterday, i was shopping around for home owners insurance for a 4 plex that I am buying in Tucson, and which I will be the owner occupant.

I tell the person all of the information about the property, and I mention that it has 4 different addresses. At this point, he gets confused and puts me on hold. After holding for a few minutes, he comes back and tells me that the only way to insure the property is with 4 separate policies, one for each address. Of course I tell him that there is no way i am going to have 4 separate policies.

I also tell him that I have already called several other insurance agencies, and they have no issues. After a few more minutes of back and forth, I say goodbye, frustrated that I couldn't get a quote because of this guys lack of experience.
