Connecticut flip insurance recomendations

Hey BP Community,

I am getting ready to close on a flip, and I'm interested in learning who local Connecticut flippers use for insurance. Also if anyone has an agent they prefer to go through? I'm purchasing this house that is built in 1977 so lead paint, however unlikely, is possibly present.....should I test?
